How it Works

Pain can be overwhelming when you’re unsure what to focus on. In a structured one-hour virtual consultation, we’ll identify your pain triggers, refine your coping strategies, and create a focused plan tailored to your needs. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Create the Right Focus

I’ll help you pinpoint the key factor driving your symptoms so you can respond early and reduce both duration and intensity. If you’re stuck in a pain/no-pain cycle, we’ll determine what’s perpetuating it and where to begin.

Develop a Strategy

Lasting improvement requires understanding all three categories of pain triggers. Together, we’ll assess each one to identify what’s unresolved and what may be missing from your current approach.

Customize a Coping Plan

Together, we’ll create a step-by-step coping plan—one that aligns with your unique triggers and supports long-term resilience. You’ll leave with a clear, practical plan to manage flare-ups and foster long-term recovery.

Follow-Up Support

Receive unlimited email access for two weeks to ask questions, clarify your plan, or get guidance as you put the action steps into practice. Additional sessions can be scheduled as needed to address new challenges or adjust your plan.

I most often work with pain that develops during everyday activities—pain that seems to appear without a clear cause and keeps returning. Conditions, such as serious disease or fractures, should be ruled out through appropriate imaging or testing.
