  • One 90-minute virtual session with me to unpack your pain and customize your workshop experience.

  • An in-person 90-minute small group session one week later.

  • A copy of my 616-page toolbox, Fix the Fire Damage — packed with photos and diagrams to guide you through those “what do I do now?” moments.
  • Two weeks of direct email support from me as you try things out in real life.

Ya-Ling J. Liou is an evidence-based chiropractic physician with more than three decades of clinical experience. Both books in The Everyday Pain Guide series distill not just a vast body of knowledge but also her collective experience as an adjunct faculty member at Bastyr University and, prior to that, while instructing massage therapy students in anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
